My Journey to Mindset Coaching

For over 15 years, I have worked as a pediatrician, helping children and families navigate physical and mental health challenges. I love supporting my patients, but something inside me was stirring - a quiet voice asking, What about you? Are you living fully? Are you truly happy? For years, I ignored it, pushing through the daily grind, focusing on my responsibilities, and telling myself I should be grateful. But the truth was, I felt disconnected from myself, from my passions, and from the joy I knew life could hold.

My turning point came when I realized I was helping others heal but neglecting my own well-being. I had spent so much of my life serving others that I had lost touch with who I was. It wasn’t an easy realization, but it was necessary. I decided to dig deep, face my limiting beliefs, and rediscover my authentic self.

That journey led me to mindset coaching - a path that not only transformed my life but became my true calling. Now, I help others break free from the fears, doubts, and old stories that keep them small. I believe we all deserve to live fully, to experience joy, and to rise after setbacks stronger than ever.

Why Mindset Matters?

We often think change starts with action, but real, lasting transformation begins in the mind. Our thoughts shape our beliefs, which influence our behaviors and, ultimately, our reality.
